Job Summary
As a Street Outreach Worker, provide hands-on support to individuals experiencing homelessness and facing mental health and/or substance use challenges by helping them access local resources, including healthcare, medications, financial and social supports. Collaborate as an active member of the treatment team with medication prescribers, licensed therapists, crisis response members, and community organizations to connect individuals with needed services and resources. This full-time role operates Monday–Friday and includes a comprehensive benefits package. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of experience working in Behavioral Health
- Knowledge of co-occurring disorders and related needs
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license with acceptable DMV record (last 7 years)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field (preferred)
- Formal training in a recognized Peer Support program (e.g., CPSWS)
- Two or more years of experience in Behavioral Health
- Knowledge of co-occurring disorders and related needs
