Street Medicine Program Manager

Directly supervise street medicine staff, recruit and train personnel, and manage all operational and financial aspects of the program delivering primary care and HIV services to the unsheltered homeless population in Los Angeles County. Establish and enforce operational policies, coordinate security activities, and maintain the medical mobile unit and team shuttle. Monitor patient flow, schedule visits, and ensure staff complete EMR documentation within 24 hours of contact. Submit monthly productivity reports and productivity billing reports by the 5th of each month. Collaborate with physicians, health plans, and community agencies to connect patients with behavioral health, dental, and housing resources. Maintain situational awareness, adhere to safety protocols, and utilize the AIDET communication framework during patient encounters.
