Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts for functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of enterprise applications. Execute manual and automated test suites while analyzing business requirements to create effective test scenarios. Identify, document, track, and validate software defects through resolution, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Developers, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC. Generate testing metrics, reports, and quality dashboards to continuously improve testing processes and automation frameworks. Support UAT and production sanity testing as required, ensuring timely completion of activities within sprint and release timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools
- Strong experience in creating and executing manual and automated test cases
- Working knowledge of SQL for Database querying, data analysis and validation
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and test lifecycle management
- Experience working with enterprise applications and business processes
- Experience using qTest for test management
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps for requirements, defect management and SAFe/Agile delivery
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices
- Experience testing APIs using tools such as Postman/Bruno
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated quality gates
- Good to have Experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks
- Working knowledge automation testcases with the ability to develop and maintain automation Framework
- Exposure to cloud-based platforms and enterprise integration solutions
- E-commerce/billing application background
- Familiarity with SAP environments and workflows
- Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Continuous learning attitude and willingness to adopt new tools and technologies
- Proactive approach to identifying risks and driving quality improvements
