Job Summary
FUSE Executive Fellow in San Francisco to align affordable housing lease-up processes across city-supported developments; two-year fellowship with Year One focused on discovery, strategy development, and initial implementation, and Year Two on scaling solutions and embedding sustainable leasing practices within City operations. The fellow will conduct landscape analysis, stakeholder listening tours, and develop standardized resident selection criteria and leasing workflows, with potential integration into the DAHLIA housing platform and collaboration with SFHA waitlist procedures. Responsibilities include data analytics, regulatory alignment across funding sources, and building cross-organizational partnerships to accelerate housing placements and improve applicant experiences. Compensation includes a base annual salary of $95,000 from FUSE, with an optional Coro experience providing an additional $70,000 stipend, bringing combined annual compensation to $165,000 before taxes. The role requires senior-level expertise and is contingent on legislative approval; it is embedded in government-serving work across MOHCD and related partners.
