Job Summary
Execute defined processes to validate the quality and availability of live content streams, including system health monitoring and live and VOD streaming media orchestration using proprietary software. Raise awareness of issues in workflows when they arise and record steps to troubleshoot workflows during incidents. Manage round-the-clock support for linear and event-based content across global platforms in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Requires flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. - High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- A solid computer and technical background, with experience working in digital media and online organizations
- Familiarity with streaming and broadcast media, particularly HTTP Live Streaming (HLS)
- A team player who is enthusiastic with a strong work ethic
- Ability to troubleshoot efficiently
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience
