Senior Associate in Strategy& Value Creation within PwC's Acceleration Center India focusing on working capital optimization, financial modeling, and M&A strategy. Responsibilities include analyzing deal strategies, conducting financial modeling and scenario analysis, monitoring financial trends, evaluating industry trends and market research, developing and implementing strategic plans for due diligence and financial risk analysis, and guiding teams in deal-structures and value-creation initiatives.
