Job Summary
Strategy & Transformation Associate within Firmwide Strategy to enable enterprise-wide adoption of business transformation technologies. Drive governance and alignment on strategy for capabilities, define learning and enablement to support growth, and track adoption. Responsibilities include evaluating next-generation AI-enabled capabilities (e.g., agentic automation), coordinating proof-of-concept initiatives with internal and external technology partners, and developing executive communications that articulate strategic value. Opportunity to work across 10+ platforms, collaborate with senior leaders, and influence how the firm deploys AI-driven solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting (MBB or Big 4), financial services transformation, or technology-enabled change management
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Executive-level written and verbal communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity and technical acuity with ability to learn emerging technologies (AI, automation, low-code platforms)
- Experience coordinating multi-workstream initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale adoption programs
