Job Summary
Conduct growth and turnaround strategies, operational optimization, and business due diligence for critical initiatives across the Rakuten Group. Support senior executives on strategic partnership planning, new business development, and macroeconomic research modeling while driving execution and project management. Engage directly with leadership to solve key business challenges and evaluate projects spanning AI, fintech, sports, and Web3. Collaborate with dedicated project teams to inform executive decision-making and accelerate group-wide growth through cross-functional initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Logical thinking
- Communication skills
- Business level English
- Business level Japanese
- TOEIC score of 800 or higher or equivalent proof
