Job Summary
Strategy Specialist to drive strategic integration and delivery across vertical product lines and horizontal capabilities; translate strategic intent into actionable initiatives, embed governance and delivery processes, and enable value realization across Product Design & Innovation (PDI) and broader business units. Requires 7+ years in strategy, consulting, or related fields; advanced problem solving and cross-functional collaboration skills; banking knowledge is advantageous. roles involve engaging with senior stakeholders (Executives, Manco) and delivering measurable business outcomes through strategic oversight, governance, and cross-functional alignment. Postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA) advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant Degree (NQF Level 7)
- Minimum 7+ years’ experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis, or related fields.
