Job Summary
Strategy Senior Associate on WorkSmarter Card and Connected Commerce supporting transformation initiatives at JPMorgan Chase's Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) by enabling adoption of modern ways of working, AI-enabled practices, and improved operating models through cross-functional collaboration with CCB leadership. You will lead enterprise change, design adoption strategies, convene executive forums, surface insights to inform investment and innovation decisions, translate technology trends into actionable plans, and build expertise in genAI and collaboration platforms to drive adoption and scale across Card and Connected Commerce.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in Financial Services, Management Consulting, or Technology
- ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders (e.g., Tech, Product, Design) and senior leaders with clear, persuasive communication
- ability to distill complex challenges into strategic opportunities and actionable plans
- demonstrated ability to build partnerships across diverse teams and functions
- ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and emerging technologies (e.g., genAI, LLMs, collaboration platforms) to drive adoption and improve processes
- preferred expertise with Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, OneDrive, MS Copilot) and other collaboration tools
- hands-on experience applying emerging technologies—including AI and large language models (LLMs) to solve business challenges and drive transformation
- support and deliver transformation initiatives, guiding organizations through changes to achieve sustainable cultural and operational improvements
