Job Summary
Lead and support high-priority strategic initiatives that drive business growth, operational excellence, and organizational transformation. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business assessments to generate actionable insights and support executive decision-making. Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and drive execution against company objectives. Manage end-to-end projects, including planning, stakeholder management, execution tracking, and post-implementation reviews. Develop executive-level presentations, business cases, and recommendations for leadership discussions and strategic planning. Establish performance metrics, monitor key initiatives, and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders. Drive alignment across teams and ensure strategic priorities are translated into measurable outcomes. Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and emerging opportunities to help shape the company's long-term strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a corporate strategy, consulting, or executive support role
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects independently
- Experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, project management, or related fields is preferred
