Job Summary
Strategy & Process Improvement Associate role within JPMC's CAO S&PI team. Focuses on delivering high-impact strategic solutions across global operations, administrative functions, and firmwide initiatives. Responsibilities include owning scoped workstreams in process improvement, organizational change, and functional strategy; rapidly developing project content and domain knowledge; gathering, modeling, and analyzing data to test hypotheses; producing presentation materials to influence senior leaders; guiding client interviews to identify pain points and opportunities; collaborating with stakeholders to refine solutions; building strong internal relationships; managing workstream deadlines; and embracing coaching. Required: 2.5+ years in top-tier management consulting, internal consulting, or corporate strategy; strong problem-solving; data analysis and synthesis in Excel; ability to manage workstream elements and escalate when needed. Preferred: financial services background. Locations include New York, NY and Dallas, TX (US). Hint: Full-time employment.
Required Qualifications
- 2.5+ years of experience with a top-tier management consulting firm, internal consulting organization, or corporate strategy team
- Strong problem-solving and issue identification skills
- Skills gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing data from multiple sources using Excel
- Ability to manage key elements of a workstream to completion, escalating and seeking help where necessary
- Financial services background is preferred, but not mandatory
