Strategy PMO - Global Analytics

Strategy PMO to support the Global Analytics organization, serving as a key partner to Analytics leadership by driving governance, executive reporting, portfolio management, and value realization across a global analytics portfolio. The role combines program management with executive communication skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights for senior leadership. Key tasks include governing the Global Analytics portfolio, coordinating leadership reviews and governance forums, supporting annual planning and portfolio reviews, monitoring risks and milestones, owning executive-level reporting and leadership communications, preparing high-quality presentations and briefing materials, tracking progress against objectives and KPIs, managing governance for strategic programs, ensuring content readiness for leadership reviews, driving value realization across analytics initiatives, and partnering with regional and functional teams to measure business impact. Required experience includes 5–8 years in Program Management/PMO/Strategy/Consulting/Portfolio Management, strong executive communication, experience supporting senior leaders and governance forums, ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills. Preferred experience in Analytics, Data, Technology, Digital, or Transformation organizations, familiarity with KPI management and portfolio governance, and an enthusiasm for beer.
