Job Summary
Strategy & Planning Principal in the Office of the CIO driving enterprise technology strategy, operating cadence, and execution across cross-functional initiatives. Partners with senior leaders to translate strategy into executable priorities, establish performance mechanisms, and deliver measurable enterprise outcomes. Leads program management capability, directs large, cross-functional initiatives, designs executive-level operating cadence with KPIs, dashboards and performance forums, and mentors teams to enable scalable execution and organizational transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Engineering, or related field; Typically 10–12+ years of experience in strategy, business planning, consulting, operations, or enterprise transformation roles.
