Job Summary
Develop and drive enterprise strategy, multi-year plans, and priorities based on data and emerging trends. Lead large, cross-functional initiatives that impact long-term organizational goals, managing scope, governance, and execution. Design and operate executive-level operating cadence, including strategic reviews, KPIs, dashboards, and performance forums. Establish enterprise metrics to address performance gaps and risks, while driving process standardization and re-engineering to improve execution effectiveness. Provide trusted advisory support to the Office of the CIO leader through clear communications and recommendations. Lead by influence, staffing cross-org teams, and guiding others to enable consistent execution at scale. Drive change management and enablement to ensure effective adoption of new processes and systems. Full-time role in Costa Rica with a salary range of $137,250-$202,450 USD annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 10–12+ years of experience in strategy, business planning, consulting, operations, or enterprise transformation roles
