Job Summary
Lead and coordinate cross-functional workstreams for a global Cost Optimization initiative, integrating multiple teams across North America, Asia, and Europe to resolve roadblocks and accelerate savings implementation. Develop and maintain a robust project management framework to ensure efficient execution, while facilitating alignment with senior management in procurement, design, engineering, and category teams. Craft compelling executive presentations to update C-suite stakeholders on project progress, key milestones, and cost actions. Provide strategic thought leadership to expand the optimization funnel and enhance data visualization for clearer insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
- 10+ years of work experience in supply chain, supply planning, procurement, demand planning, project management, Finance or a related field
- Management consulting experience
- Exceptional strategic thinking to develop structured, analytical approaches to strategy formulation, business solutions, and process improvements
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation, presentation, and influencing
- Strong expertise in storyboarding and developing compelling presentation
- Ability to 'lean in' to challenges, applying critical thinking to develop solutions and resolve conflicts in complex, cross-functional and global initiatives
- Skilled at relationship building, fostering collaboration, and influencing stakeholders at all levels within the organization
- Proven program/ project management expertise with exceptional organization and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Embodies a continuous learning mindset
- Displays strong motivation to acquire functional and industry knowledge to improve professional contributions
- Highly driven and capable of working independently while actively contributing to team success
- Proficiency in MS Office suite of tools with particular expertise in PowerPoint
