Job Summary
Strategic leadership role responsible for shaping the company’s long-term direction and portfolio. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to develop 1-5 year strategy, identify where to compete and how to win, and translate insights into actionable plans, GTM motions, and roadmap recommendations. Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to align strategy with corporate goals, structure analyses, drive deliverables, and oversee large initiatives from discovery through execution. Strong emphasis on analytical rigor, hypothesis testing, and clear communication to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related discipline or commensurate work experience
- 8-10+ years of work experience
- Management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic planning experience preferred
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects
