Job Summary
Strategy & Planning Manager responsible for designing digital media strategies, allocating budgets to power campaigns, and ensuring briefs translate into impactful outcomes. Collaborates with Growth and Customer Success teams to guide campaigns to success, contributes to new business pitches, develops industry insights and trend analyses, and proposes innovative strategies to stay ahead of competitors. Requires hands-on experience in digital planning and media planning across multiple channels, proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DV360, and programmatic DSPs, and ability to analyze campaign data to optimize performance. Role emphasizes strategic leadership, client-focused insights, and staying current with digital marketing trends. Fully remote role with generous PTO and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in digital planning, media planning, or a related role within an advertising agency or digital marketing agency
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, technologies, and trends
- Experience in developing and executing digital media plans across channels (display, search, social, programmatic, video)
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Display & Video 360, programmatic DSPs
- Experience analyzing campaign data and performance metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize campaigns
- Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging digital marketing trends, and new technologies
- Fluent English (B2+)
