Job Summary
Coordinate strategic planning sessions, monitor industry trends, and develop OKRs and KPIs aligned with Invesco's technology and operations goals. Facilitate alignment across the TEI organization by measuring progress on strategic initiatives and communicating updates to leadership stakeholders. Create and execute a skills framework and talent strategy to build a pipeline of top talent, while organizing learning events like Hackathons and workshops to foster continuous development. Support the Strategy, Operations & Execution Director/CAO with administrative tasks, meeting coordination, and problem-solving for key technology initiatives. Utilize operational and financial data to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making and ensure the efficient execution of organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Proven years related work experience
- Demonstrated success and experience in executing initiatives and strategies
- Proven experience working in a collaborative environment and building strong relationships at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability with verbal and written communications – with specific skill in creating and presenting presentations and other materials that translate technical information/solutions into easily understandable information
- Structured, detailed approach to work and disciplined time management skills
- A bachelor's degree in business, communications, technology or related field of study or equivalent years of direct work experience
- A strategic mindset
- Self-motivated team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Open minded, flexible, and willing to listen for other people's opinions
