Job Summary
Strategic on-site leadership for a first-of-its-kind intermodal transit service in Sioux Falls, overseeing daily operations, coordinating with drivers and dispatchers, mentoring an on-site team, and serving as the face of the operation to partners and the community. Build and monitor KPIs, develop operational reports, ensure resource allocation and compliance with policies, and drive customer satisfaction. Requires senior-level operations leadership, strong communication, people-management, and a track record of delivering efficient transit operations.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years experience in operations management
