Job Summary
Lead end-to-end strategic projects across Via’s Fleet Operations, setting strategy and driving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Build and manage strategic partnerships, vendor relations, and oversee P&L analytics while driving operational excellence and scalable process improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally with Market Operations and Partner Operations to deliver impact for riders and partners. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 6+ years of experience, and the ability to work on-site in NYC. Proficiency with Excel, Google Suite, Tableau, and SQL is a plus; a track record of translating strategy into operational success and leading teams is essential.
