Job Summary
Strategy & Operations role driving decisions to accelerate enterprise growth across three teams: Client Strategy (identifying expansion opportunities and shaping product roadmap/go-to-market), Client Implementations (owning client integrations end-to-end from contract review to successful launches and turning deployments into repeatable infrastructure), and Compliance (building systems and evidence to strengthen regulatory posture and provide a competitive edge). Own named outcomes, build systems and playbooks to scale processes, automate workflows, reduce low-value work, and turn repeat client scenarios into scalable capabilities. Bring strong analytical ability to structure messy data into insights, influence cross-functional partners (Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations), and design frameworks that empower ICs to operate with ownership. A background in financial services/fintech or regulatory-heavy environments is a plus. Collaboration, decisiveness, and clear written communication are emphasized as core values, with a focus on speed, candor, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Track record of owning operational outcomes end-to-end across strategy, operations, or consulting roles — direct ownership of diagnosing problems and shipping solutions
