Job Summary
Build and maintain internal tools, automation systems, and software solutions across the organization to streamline operations and eliminate manual processes. Develop scripts and applications, design data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting systems, while integrating and optimizing third-party tools and APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, manage multiple concurrent projects with autonomy, and debug existing systems. Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver solutions that continuously identify opportunities for problem-solving through software and automation.
Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in a fast-paced, generalist operations or consulting role, ideally at a startup or scale-up
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or Physics
- Experience with programming, scripting or statistical packages (e.g. Python, R, Matlab, SQL)
- Track record of shipping projects independently in fast-paced environments
