Job Summary
Support the development of the enterprise financial model and run the financial planning and analysis cycle, including budget versus actuals and variance analysis. Size the addressable market, build revenue models, and support proposals and grant submissions. Help deploy AI-native business processes by designing agentic workflows that carry real work end to end. Run program and project management for commercial initiatives and establish procurement processes for supply chain resilience. Work directly with the CFO across finance, strategy, technology, and business operations to build systems that do not yet exist.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in a co-op or internship program at the undergraduate level or above, in business, commerce, economics, business technology management, or engineering
- At least one prior completed internship or co-op work term
- Fluency with economic and financial modeling principles, and the ability to apply them to produce work products quickly — in Excel and/or AI-assisted, structured code-based models such as Python
- Systems thinking: the ability to see how processes, data, and decisions connect across an organization rather than treating them in isolation
- Working understanding of data structures and database architectures, and how business systems store, relate, and exchange information
- Fluent with AI tools, and able to apply them to redesign how work is done rather than only to accelerate existing tasks
- Rigour and accuracy in work carrying financial, contractual, and external consequence, combined with the ability to work independently where established process does not yet exist
- Eligible for, obtain, and maintain the security assessment required under the Controlled Goods Program (CGP)
Desired Qualifications
- Enrolled at the graduate level — MBA, MFin, MSc, or equivalent
- Coursework or experience in financial modeling, techno-economic analysis, corporate finance, or procurement
- Demonstrated experience building with AI: agents, automations, or end-to-end workflows
- Interest in aerospace or defence
