Job Summary
Drive high-priority strategic and operational initiatives end to end across the company, building the financial, analytical, and reporting infrastructure required to scale. Own special projects ranging from fundraising and finance support to internal operations and vendor management, taking whole problems off the founders' plates to resolution. Bring structure, data, and clear thinking to the company's most important decisions, ensuring rapid execution on ambiguous, open-ended problems. This role supports the founding team's mission to build a Large Physics foundation Model for causal intelligence, requiring high autonomy and sound judgment in an early-stage environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in strategy, operations, consulting, finance, or an early-stage founder or operator role
- Exceptional analytical and structured-thinking skills
- Comfort with ambiguous, open-ended problems
- A strong bias to action
- A track record of owning and delivering complex projects
- Excellent communication
- The ability to work across every function of a company
- High autonomy
- Sound judgment operating without a playbook
