Job Summary
Senior Data Analyst in Glovo's Global Operations team to drive the global courier fraud strategy. Responsibilities include delivering data-driven insights, building detection frameworks and dashboards, monitoring fraud risks, developing analytical models to predict no-shows and optimize fleet distribution, and collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Fraud Prevention, Product, and Data teams. The role emphasizes ownership of the global courier fraud program, proactive problem solving, and delivering leadership-facing updates. Must have a degree in a data-related field, 3+ years of relevant experience, strong SQL and Excel skills, proficiency with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI), and excellent English communication.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Project Management, Business Analytics or any data driven domain
- +3 years of work experience providing internal teams with data to make decisions
- SQL proficiency
- Excel proficiency
- BI platforms experience (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a high-growth environment
- Detail-oriented and proactive
