Job Summary
Build management reporting dashboards and maintain operational cycles to track performance against targets. Lead process improvement initiatives by documenting and refining workflows across business units. Support the COO and executive team with strategic analysis, including vetting new business plans, structuring options analysis, and preparing board materials. Coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives and provide hands-on administrative coordination as required. This role balances operational delivery with strategic planning, offering exposure to senior decision-making as the firm scales internationally.
Required Qualifications
- around 3-5 years of relevant experience
- ideally including a period in management consulting or a comparable analytical, strategic or operational environment
- a strong academic background
- the ability to take an ambiguous problem or a rough idea and structure it into a clear, well-reasoned plan that others can act on
- comfort working with financial and performance data
- a sound grasp of what drives business performance
- a genuine willingness to move between strategic work and hands-on operational and administrative tasks
- excellent written and verbal communication
- the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels, from analysts to founding partners
