Job Summary
Support the day-to-day operations of the recruiting organization by contributing to scalable processes, systems, and strategies that enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance. Maintain and refine capacity planning models to forecast staffing needs and productivity targets. Analyze operational data to support optimal resource allocation and utilization across recruiting teams. Identify headcount efficiency opportunities that drive key financial metrics including cost per hire. Build and maintain workforce management reporting — including staffing models, utilization tracking, and performance analytics — to enhance recruiter productivity and accountability. Support cross-functional initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance organizational effectiveness. Partner with business stakeholders to align day-to-day operations with strategic objectives. Leverage data visualization tools to develop executive-level reporting and data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 1-3+ years of relevant professional experience (including 1-2 years in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or a strategy & operations role at a high-growth company)
- Exceptional analytical skills; fluent in Excel; SQL or BI tool experience (Tableau, Hex, Power BI) is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams
- Proactive self-starter with ownership and ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments
- Resourceful problem solver with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
- Genuine curiosity on how to optimize operations; familiarity with Talent tools is a plus
- Ability to work 4 days a week out of our New York City office
