Strategy & Operations - Analyst

Design and implement new processes and tools to contribute to Fever’s worldwide growth, aiming to maximize profit and productivity; identify key improvement areas for Fever business units by developing ad-hoc analyses (production, time-to-market, invoicing, marketing, etc.); participate in company-wide strategic projects focused on ensuring smooth operations and communications across teams to meet BP; search for new features (new softwares, AI agents, dashboards, etc.) to enhance impact; identify and select the best solutions in each scenario considering client satisfaction, cost and profitability; required to have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Data Science, or related field; 0–2 years of relevant experience; fluent in Spanish and English; experience coding in SQL, Python, MATLAB, or similar languages; strong problem-solving skills and fast learning ability; hybrid work setup in Madrid with home-office flexibility; benefits include salary with potential bonus, discount on Fever events, health insurance, English lessons, and flexible remuneration."
