Strategy & New Product Planning Associate

Job Summary
Conduct market and competitor assessments to support new product planning and launch readiness. Coordinate cross-functional activities, track milestones, and monitor project risks while maintaining governance materials and action trackers. Synthesize information from diverse sources to inform strategic recommendations and prepare presentations for senior stakeholders. Manage multiple priorities across business cases, analyses, and strategic initiatives within the UK & Ireland affiliate. This hybrid role requires minimum 50% on-site attendance in Maidenhead and involves direct collaboration with Medical, Finance, and Commercial teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Health Economics or a related field
- Professional experience in consulting, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare, or another analytical and fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and recommendations
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, structuring complex problems, and identifying practical solutions with limited direction
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Passion for the pharmaceutical industry and improving outcomes for patients
- Minimum of 50% on site office attendance per week in Maidenhead
