Strategy Manager
On-site · London, England, United Kingdom
Job Summary
The Strategy Manager will own the planning process end to end, including building the five-year strategic plan and financial model, running the analysis and shaping market assessments to translate ambitions into executable plans. Responsibilities include maintaining the long-range plan, running the annual planning cycle to derive annual targets and resourcing, leading analysis behind major strategic decisions with clear, defensible recommendations to leadership, conducting market and competitive analysis, developing operational plans for entering new markets (go-to-market approach, org design, cost and headcount planning, financial projections), and partnering with leaders to ensure plans are grounded in operational reality and can be executed. The role requires strong financial modelling, the ability to structure ambiguous problems, and comfort working with senior leaders, with a bias toward detail and execution. Perks include flexible hours, health and lifestyle benefits, and London-based office culture.
