Job Summary
Develop strategic positions, target group definitions, and comprehensive communication strategies while independently managing client accounts. Conduct market and target group research, including desk audits, to inform creative concepts and future-oriented strategies. Coordinate projects with analysts and present structured slide decks and results in client calls and pitch meetings. Lead brand initiatives in the social space through full 360° consulting and cultural trend analysis. Requires 3–5 years of strategy experience, C1 German and English skills, and the ability to lead small to medium accounts. Based in Berlin with hybrid work options, flexible hours, and workation possibilities.
Required Qualifications
- 3 bis 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Strategie
- Account-Verantwortung: Fähigkeit, kleinere bis mittelgroße Accounts vollkommen eigenständig strategisch zu führen
- Client Management: Fähigkeit, als primärer Ansprechpartner für die Kundenseite nachhaltige Beziehungen zu Brand- und Stakeholder-Leads zu pflegen
- Analytisches & kreatives Geschick: Fähigkeiten im Bereich Research, Synthese und Storytelling
- Fähigkeit, Trends aufzuspüren und kulturelle Phänomene zu entschlüsseln
- Kommunikationsstärke: Strukturierter, klarer und selbstbewusster Kommunikator
- Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mind. auf C1-Niveau
- Kollaboratives Mindset
