Strategy Manager Environmental Sustainability

Job Summary
Co-lead the maturation of Climate and Circular Economy vision components, including strategic topics, KPI frameworks, and the Climate Transition Plan. Identify improvement opportunities across emission categories and waste streams to develop roadmaps that reduce energy use, enable renewable sourcing, and offset remaining emissions. Collaborate with sector and business line stakeholders to embed prioritized work, detail improvement initiatives for waste prevention, reuse, and recycling, and update sustainability policies. Drive initiatives to eliminate waste from operations and landfill while maximizing resource value and recycling rates within the semiconductor value chain.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Sustainability / Climate / Circular Economy strategy
- Relevant academic degree, e.g. Sustainability Management, Strategic Management, or Science and Technology Studies
- Demonstrated success in developing and delivering sustainability, climate and circularity strategies, programs and partnerships
- Experience in working with diverse set of stakeholders, e.g. across engineers, operations, sales, supply chain teams, up to senior leadership
- Systems thinker with strong business sense, delivery capability and communication skills
- Strategy consulting background
- Advanced English skills
- Legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.)
