Job Summary
Own end-to-end strategic projects and workstreams across the Group and business units, defining challenges with senior stakeholders and injecting innovative thinking to solve key growth issues outside BAU. Structure problem-solving plans, perform complex financial and commercial analytics, and run stakeholder workshops to influence impactful change. Manage individual strategic projects requiring additional resources to accelerate delivery. This role sits within the Group Strategy team of Endeavour Group, an ASX listed company with a portfolio including Dan Murphy's, BWS, and ALH Hotels. Hybrid working is based in Sydney.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in strategy consultancy, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy or a similar relevant field
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks, and project management
- Superb written and oral communication with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organisation
- Experience in commercial and and financial analytics and quantitative modelling
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects or transaction processes, or workstreams within
Desired Qualifications
- Consumer market experience and/or retail experience is an advantage
