Job Summary
Strategy & M&A Operations Director role at PwC requires leading the formulation and implementation of IT separation and integration strategies for deal value creation, leveraging deep IT knowledge (applications/infrastructure) and architecture to solve complex problems. You will guide business development, oversee multiple projects, maintain executive-level client relationships, mentor future leaders, and foster an inclusive, collaborative environment. Ideal candidates have thought-leader level abilities with a track record in top-tier management consulting, M&A/divestitures, broad IT domain knowledge, and proven success in directing client relationships, new business development, and delivering clear, impactful proposals and solutions to support technology-driven deal objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with a proven record of success in top-tier management consulting firms, M&A and divestitures situations
- Broad knowledge of IT domains and strong grasp of technology architecture, strategy and divestments/integrations
- Proven track record directing efforts, managing and developing client relationships
- Experience securing new business development and project extensions
- Strong ability to communicate complex information effectively in writing and in presentations
- Experience leading teams and developing future leaders; mentoring capabilities
- Ability to develop client proposals and solutions; driving growth and strategy execution
- Experience with integration/carve-out/value creation anchored on technology to support business objectives
