Job Summary

Strategy Lead in the Commerce Enablement domain focused on defining strategic payments priorities, developing and refining value propositions for strategic initiatives, conducting industry research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to guide prioritization. Build a compelling narrative around product strategy and draft team-wide and enterprise-level communications to drive transparency and alignment. Prepare and present updates, business reviews, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and fostering strong relationships with business and functional partners. Support leaders with presentations and issue resolution, drive leadership team agendas and meetings, and analyze P&L dynamics and behavioral data to guide decision-making and optimize project outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, fintech, strategic finance, or a similar role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to structure and scope complex problems and apply analytical tools
  • High level of personal initiative and entrepreneurial leadership
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to develop subject matter expertise quickly
  • Open, collaborative, and team-oriented working style
