Job Summary

VP in the Transformation team within JP Morgan Chase's Global Technology COO organization, leading strategies and delivery of large-scale technology transformation initiatives. Design and drive solutions to accelerate decision making, shape roadmaps and quantify bottom-line impact, and drive execution of programs at scale across the organization. Develop concise executive communications, mentor junior team members, identify and mitigate risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement change management strategies to support adoption of modern technologies. Build dashboards and narratives for leadership with KPIs and outputs; leverage PowerPoint and Excel for executive documents; Tableau experience preferred. Financial services background is advantageous.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years consulting experience with a technology strategy consulting and/or leading delivery of large-scale strategic technology initiatives
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Knowledge of enterprise IT management and technology concepts (infrastructure, product operating model, budgeting, talent, risk management)
  • Proven ability to structure and scope complex problems and apply analytical tools
  • Proven entrepreneurial drive to identify opportunities for impact
