Job Summary
Own studio-level strategy and capital raising across Bifrost Defence and its portfolio ventures. Develop the strategic roadmap, produce investor-grade materials and financial models, and run fundraise processes from first outreach to close for both the fund and portfolio companies raising seed and Series A rounds. Represent Bifrost Defence to LPs, institutional investors, government stakeholders, and defence industry partners, not just by preparing materials but by owning the room. Identify and develop strategic partnerships to accelerate the studio's positioning in European defence, and manage ongoing investor relationships, reporting, and data rooms.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 6 years of experience in MBB consulting, top venture/PE fund, or strong startup operating role
- Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and present to senior audiences
- Exposure to capital raising and fundraising processes
- Fluent in English; German and/or Scandinavian language a plus
- Autonomous and decisive with ability to make calls with imperfect information
- Defence, aerospace, or dual-use technology exposure is a plus but not required
