Job Summary
Support Upvest's vision to become Europe's leading investment infrastructure by shaping and executing strategic initiatives from conceptualization through communication. Drive organizational growth by managing OKR processes, linking them to core business KPIs, and collaborating cross-functionally to prioritize key initiatives like international expansion and new business opportunities. Engage in cross-functional projects to gain deep insights into the product, clients, and banking ecosystem while preparing all-hands and senior stakeholder presentations. This role requires at least 1–2 prior internships in high-growth companies or strategy consulting, with a minimum commitment of 4 months based in Berlin.
Required Qualifications
- Completed at least 1–2 internships in high-growth companies or strategy consulting
- Excellence at analyzing complex problems, breaking them down into actionable insights, and driving measurable outcomes
- Ability to thrive in cross-functional teams, aligning efforts toward shared goals
- Comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting quickly to new challenges
- Ability to develop and articulate strategic initiatives while diving into details to ensure flawless execution
- Passion for fintech, eagerness to learn, and drive to transform the investment world to empower more people to invest
- Availability for a minimum of 4 months
- Based in Berlin
