Job Summary
Conduct market research, synthesize themes, and gather consumer insights to generate ideas and prototype innovative solutions for BCBSMA. Support stakeholder engagement to identify innovation opportunities by understanding challenges from business, customers, providers, and members. Assist in tracking project pipelines, evaluating vendors, and drafting facilitation materials such as agendas and memos. Contribute to building buy recommendations and prepare pitches for prioritized ideas to business leaders. Track comprehensive metrics including revenue, medical costs, and consumer adoption to measure solution impact and communicate findings to diverse audiences.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of work experience
- recent graduate with a relevant undergraduate degree
