Job Summary
Review and enhance the Harambeans business model and Harvard Business School case study to propose forward-looking strategic scenarios. Conduct extensive research on the African entrepreneurial ecosystem, including innovators, investors, and high-net-worth families, to develop stakeholder engagement strategies and benchmark assessments. Support the Founder and Chair by preparing agendas, slides, and talking points for virtual and in-person engagements, while managing event logistics for key symposiums and summits. Deliver analysis on the Venture and Fellow programs, including fellow profile assessments and database enhancements, to drive scalable impact. Work directly with the core Dream Team and Executive Chair to execute strategic pillars through hands-on event ideation, coordination, and execution.
Required Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial spirit

- Ability and willingness to go above and beyond to help support the Alliance goals
- Creative thinker that is able to synthesize and draw conclusions from complex data sets
- Team-player attitude with a strong sense of personal accountability
- Passion and/or desire to learn about the evolving African entrepreneurial ecosystem
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be enrolled in a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher)
- Be enrolled in a college/university degree programme (minimum bachelor's level or equivalent)
- Be a recent graduate of college/university
