Job Summary
Facilitate planning, coordination, and execution of a portfolio of initiatives aligned with enterprise strategic priorities. Partner with priority sponsors and cross-functional teams to manage interdependencies, risks, issues, and decisions across programs. Provide program-level oversight to ensure initiatives remain aligned with approved scope, timelines, and expected outcomes. Establish governance routines, including sponsor check-ins, workstream meetings, and reporting cadences. Develop and maintain program documentation such as charters, workplans, and status reports. Monitor progress and value realization while supporting prioritization and sequencing of initiatives. Coordinate with change management, communications, analytics, and operations functions to support integrated execution. Identify opportunities to improve Strategy Execution Office processes, tools, and ways of working.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Organizational Development, Information Systems, or related field
- Project Management Professional, Program Management Professional, Lean Six Sigma, or related certification
- Five or more years of experience in structured project management, program management, strategy execution, operations, transformation, or related work
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives or programs with multiple workstreams
- Experience working with executive sponsors, senior leaders, project teams, and operational stakeholders
- Experience managing initiative schedules, milestones, risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and status reporting
- Demonstrated knowledge of project and program management principles, methodologies, tools, and governance practices
- Ability to facilitate planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of complex initiatives
- Ability to manage interdependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and resource constraints across multiple initiatives
- Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and build alignment across cross-functional teams
- Ability to support structured decision-making, prioritization, and escalation processes
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Organizational Development, or related field
- Healthcare experience
- Experience supporting enterprise strategy execution, transformation, project portfolio management, or EPMO/PMO functions
- Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Project Web Application, strategic portfolio management systems, Visio, or similar tools
