Job Summary
Strategy & Execution AI Specialist will design, build, and scale Databricks’ next-gen global GTM planning processes, embedding AI and automation into core planning workflows including territory assignment, quota modeling, and headcount tracking. You will design and deploy AI-assisted workflows and agents for territory design and account assignment, reengineer GTM headcount and capacity modeling, and move infrastructure from spreadsheets to scalable code and automated data pipelines. You’ll build lightweight integrations connecting Salesforce, SQL databases, and Databricks tools to enable real-time data flow, and operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with proficiency in SQL, Python, API integrations, and prompt-driven AI tooling.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Data Analytics, or a highly technical strategy role
- Proactive AI-native mindset; regularly uses LLMs, API integrations, and code (Python/SQL) to automate tasks
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (or similar scripting languages)
- Experience with BI tools and the Databricks platform is a plus
- Hands-on experience building automations or using workflow automation tools to connect disparate data systems
- Thrives in ambiguity and a high-growth environment
