Job Summary
Strategy-focused senior leader responsible for translating enterprise priorities into clear objectives and execution roadmaps, leading cross-functional initiatives sponsored by the COO, developing executive-ready materials for senior leadership and the Board, and ensuring governance, operating rhythm, and change management across the COO organization in a regulated nonprofit/philanthropy context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master of Business Administration or other advanced degree preferred
- Experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, finance, technology, or related leadership function required
- Experience in executive advisory, transformation, or enterprise program leadership role preferred
- Experience in financial services, asset management, philanthropy, nonprofit, or other highly regulated industries preferred
