Job Summary
Own governance for assigned emerging and non captive OEM accounts, driving performance, profitability, and service delivery. Manage contract lifecycle including scope, rates, billing, KPIs, escalation clauses, renewals, and service commitments while coordinating with Legal, Finance, Operations, Commercial, and Corporate Planning. Serve as primary internal owner for assigned accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and operational follow through. Develop and validate business cases for account expansions, new services, and greater opportunities tied to assigned accounts. Support financial and operational modeling including cost structures, revenue projections, ROI scenarios, and margin assumptions. Establish and track account and project KPIs to measure performance against financial and operational targets. Lead interdepartmental working sessions to resolve barriers, address risks, and refine project scope. Prepare concise, executive ready briefings, reports, and presentations focused on account health, contract status, and recommended actions. Respond to ad hoc executive requests with timely analysis and decision support materials. Consolidate findings into clear, executive-ready presentations highlighting financial impacts, risk mitigation strategies, and recommended next steps.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Required
- 7-10 years of direct experience in Strategy and Account Management
- 1 - 3 years supervisory experience
- Background in management or consulting with the ability to structure and solve complex problems
- Adept at identifying risks, conducting impact assessments, and implementing mitigation plans
- Critical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience in contract management and drafting/reviewing/negotiating commercial contracts
- Proficient in constructing and evaluating business and financial models
- Project management experience and expertise in PMO frameworks
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and other PM tools
