Job Summary

Lead corporate strategy development by researching the competitive landscape, sizing opportunities, and building frameworks to define 1-year and 3-year ambitions. Conduct market analysis, customer research, and benchmarking to synthesize complex inputs into executive-ready narratives, frameworks, and recommendations for strategic decision-making. Own the corporate KPI structure, partner with leaders across Commercial, Product, and Technology to translate priorities into functional strategies, and drive cross-functional alignment. Deliver executive presentations, briefs, and updates for Leadership Team meetings, CEO sessions, and quarterly business reviews while supporting cross-brand initiatives within Booking Holdings.

Required Qualifications

  • 6-10 years of experience in strategy
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Unquestionable integrity and ethics
