Job Summary
Lead development and execution of organic growth strategies for a QSR corporate account, identifying market opportunities, creating roadmaps with measurable KPIs, and partnering with product, operations, IT, and finance to deliver solutions. Build and maintain executive-level relationships, quantify new revenue opportunities including service upselling and technology implementations, and develop business cases and ROI analyses. Monitor progress, manage annual growth targets, and collaborate with implementation, support, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction. Requires onsite client presence with some travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of relevant account management
- experience in business strategy or related field within QSR, restaurant technology, or retail execution sectors
- Proven ability to build executive-level relationships
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and QSR business models
- Analytical capability with data analysis and financial modeling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software such as Salesforce, Power BI
- Hybrid work policy
- Onsite presence with some travel
