Job Summary
Develop strategic plans and lead large-scale initiatives for organizational strategy, mergers & acquisitions, and business process transformation within Enterprise Services. Lead Lean activities including Value Stream Mapping, process mapping, and the Boeing Problem Solving Model to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Manage full lifecycle agile project management for multiple complex, high-priority initiatives, defining objectives, success criteria, and risk mitigation strategies. Facilitate continuous improvement workshops and engage stakeholders from VP level to external vendors to drive strategy execution and optimize performance. Manage and develop mid-level managers while instilling a high-performing team ethos aligned with Boeing's values.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in strategic consultancy services organisations
- 15+ years of experience leading large-scale projects or programs inclusive of managing requirements, priorities, scope, schedule, risk, costs, communication, coordination, execution, and control
- 15+ years of experience communicating and leading projects inclusive of employees, customers, peers, and up to executive leadership
- Current legal authorization to work immediately in the United Kingdom
