Job Summary
Strategy Development Analyst focusing on Federal Markets, with expertise in Medicare/ACA/DSNP, supporting corporate transformation and strategic planning. Analyze industry trends and competitor activity, develop strategic options for executive management, and lead end-to-end outbound call strategies in collaboration with Marketing and Health Plan Operations. Contribute to Federal Markets marketing materials and member communications, manage member surveys using Qualtrics, and drive ad-hoc strategic initiatives. Requires strong research, analytical, and communication skills, plus experience in healthcare and strategic planning. This is a hybrid role with on-site presence (3 days per week) at Highmark locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare or related field
- 2 years of experience in a Business or Business Research-related role
- Experience with advanced web research, databases, and literature searches
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
