Job Summary
Strategy Developer to design and implement low-latency market making and HFT strategies for crypto markets; will write production-ready C++ and Python code, optimize algorithms for latency and throughput, monitor live trading performance, and collaborate with traders and engineers. APAC-focused fully remote role (Singapore/Hong Kong time zones) with opportunity to deploy scalable live strategies globally.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years developing high-performance trading strategies in crypto or traditional markets
- Strong C++ skills on Linux for low-latency systems
- Experience with market making and/or HFT arbitrage strategies
- Solid understanding of risk within trading strategy design and portfolio management
- Familiarity with latency-optimised distributed systems handling high transaction volumes
- Ability to balance rapid deployment of new features with clean, testable, reliable code
- Willingness to be on-call for the systems you develop
